Make a significant contribution as a Program Analyst at the Responsible Gambling Council, focused on RG Check assessments. This hybrid position emphasizes compliance analysis and stakeholder engagement.
The RGC is seeking a Program Analyst to facilitate the RG Check accreditation program. In this role, you will assess gambling operators’ compliance with responsible gambling standards through document analysis and site visits. Your ability to communicate findings effectively, both verbally and in written reports, is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate accreditation processes with gaming operators
• Collect and confidentially analyze operational documents
• Plan venue visits and conduct employee interviews
• Evaluate documentation against established standards
• Draft and present comprehensive reports on findings
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree; preference for social sciences or related fields
• 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
