As an integral member of the Wealth Solutions team, you will collaborate with VP-level leadership and contribute to essential strategic initiatives. This role is well-suited for a detail-oriented professional with over ten years of experience in financial services, ready to tackle a variety of reporting and administrative tasks amidst a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and produce reporting and dashboards for the WS department
• Support strategic planning and presentation material preparation
• Coordinate with internal teams for project deliverables
• Analyze data from CRM tools to inform strategic decisions
• Maintain and review WS collaboration resources
Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years in financial services
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfort with technology and CRM platforms
• College or university education in business/finance
