Position: Cyclic Materials Lead Document Controller
Become a pivotal part of Cyclic Materials as a Lead Document Controller. Focus on enhancing document management in this role, vital for our circular supply chain operations.

This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a background in document control. You will oversee the lifecycle, accuracy, and security of all documentation while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with engineering, construction, and management teams to maintain data integrity and support project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive document management policies and protocols

• Optimize Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) like Share Point

• Conduct quality checks on technical documents prior to distribution

• Prepare documentation for audits and ensure compliance standards

• Generate analytics and progress reports for leadership

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field

• 5–7 years in document control, including managerial experience

• Familiarity with EDMS platforms such as Aconex or Bluebeam

• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

• Experience in construction or manufacturing preferred
