Position: Smart Simple Project Coordinator Role

In this position, you will be the backbone of project support, fostering efficient workflows in a high-volume environment. With a background in project coordination or operations, your focus will be on maintaining the Salesforce pipeline and ensuring seamless transitions for client engagements. Your proactive communication will minimize administrative overhead for senior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and maintain RFS pipeline accuracy in Salesforce

• Setup Rocketlane projects for implementation

• Generate and analyze weekly pipeline reports

• Schedule client meetings across various time zones

• Assist success managers with document routing and approvals

Requirements:

• 2–4 years in project coordination or client services

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities

• Familiarity with Salesforce and Rocketlane experience

• Strong organizational skills in fast-paced settings

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
