Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
CAD $45,000 – $50,000 + benefits
A growing consumer products company supplying major retailers across North America is seeking a Sales Coordinator & Product Development Support professional to join their team in Toronto.
This position is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong in PowerPoint and Excel, who enjoys supporting sales initiatives, building polished presentations, and coordinating cross‑functional projects related to product launches and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain sales presentations, sell sheets, and customer‑facing materials
Support line reviews, buyer meetings, and sales pitches
Coordinate product development initiatives between Sales, Supply Chain, and Sourcing teams
Track timelines and ensure projects stay on schedule
Analyze and organize sales and product data using Excel
Maintain accurate product information and sales documentation
Support ongoing product launch and packaging initiatives
Qualifications
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Strong attention to detail and presentation quality
Experience in consumer products, retail, packaging, or product development is considered an asset
This is a hybrid position based in Toronto with occasional travel as needed.
