Job Title: Cloud Financial Operations Engineer

Note: Prior experience in BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom is non-negotiable.

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Cloud Financial Operations Engineer with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments. The ideal candidate will support cloud financial governance, reporting, and operational cost management activities.

Responsibilities

• Support cloud financial operations across BFSI, Public Sector, and Telecom environments.
• Monitor cloud spending for banking systems, citizen services applications, OSS/BSS platforms, billing systems, charging platforms, and telecom environments.
• Develop financial reporting, forecasting, and cloud budgeting processes.
• Collaborate with finance, engineering, procurement, and operations teams.
• Support telecom customer platforms, network services, and 5G initiatives.
• Implement cloud governance and cost management controls.
• Produce cloud cost analytics and utilization reports.
• Support chargeback and showback programs.
• Ensure compliance with governance, financial, and operational standards.
• Drive operational excellence and cloud financial accountability.

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Cloud Financial Operations Engineer within BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments.
• Experience supporting banking systems, government applications, OSS/BSS platforms, billing systems, charging platforms, or telecom platforms.
• Experience with cloud financial operations and reporting.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cloud cost governance.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
• Understanding of governance, compliance, and security requirements.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Fin Ops certifications preferred.
