In this role within the EY-Parthenon Strategy and Execution team, your expertise is key in assisting clients across various sectors. You will manage operational planning and integration strategies, ensuring that clients successfully navigate challenges during transactions. Your insights and strategies will help mitigate risks and meet client objectives effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide project management support for integration strategies
• Develop effective carve-out strategies and models
• Conduct thorough operational due diligence and cost assessments
• Identify synergies and facilitate value realization
• Support integration services for client teams
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of related experience preferred
• Valued professional certifications (e.g., PMP)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication for engaging stakeholders
• Ability to travel within Canada and the US
