As a key player in the contract administration phase, you will guide the project team, review crucial documentation, and maintain clear communication between various stakeholders. With at least 8 years of experience, your proficiency in Revit and MS Office will ensure project success and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the project team during contract administration
• Manage submittal reviews and payment certifications
• Conduct site reviews and oversight walks

• Collaborate on project financial management
Requirements:
• Diploma in Architectural Technology or Architecture Degree
• Minimum 8 years architectural experience
• Proficient in Revit, MS Office, and Bluebeam
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Valid G Driver’s License for travel
