Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with current-state assessments of capital markets operating models

• Draft business architecture documents and artefacts

• Facilitate workshops and prepare materials for client interactions

• Perform gap analysis and synthesize findings into structured documentation

• Develop domain knowledge through mentorship and engagement work

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in financial advisory roles

• Understanding of operating models within financial services

• Background in capital markets preferred

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Excellent communication and facilitation capabilities
