Drive success in employee benefits as a Health & Benefits Consultant in Toronto. Lead projects, build client relationships, and provide comprehensive solutions for plan sponsors in a dynamic consultant role.

As a Health & Benefits Consultant, you will prioritize client needs and develop strategic solutions tailored to employee benefit programs. Your responsibilities will involve detailed project management of client accounts, conducting in-depth financial and administrative analysis, and facilitating clear client communication. This role emphasizes the importance of knowledge in the vendor marketplace and the ability to develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead consulting teams in crafting strategies for client benefit needs

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and reporting

• Analyze claims data to inform cost-sharing models

• Ensure all compliance and documentation meet legal standards

• Diagnose and resolve client-specific operational challenges

Requirements:

• Undergraduate or graduate degree required

• At least 4 years of relevant consulting experience

• Completion or pursuit of industry designations

• Advanced presentation and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point
