Reporting to the Director of COBE Enablement, you will be a key figure in supporting the execution of the Canada Operations & Business Enablement strategy.
Your role will involve translating executive priorities into precise work plans and clear outcome measures. By partnering with technology, finance, and business teams, you'll excel in driving organizational alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and execute actionable business enablement strategies
• Develop insightful portfolio reporting and dashboards
• Prepare materials for leadership and governance forums
• Facilitate a seamless cross-functional initiative execution
• Contribute to employee engagement and recognition activities

• Demonstrated strategy and transformation expertise
• Strong planning and organizational capabilities
• Ability to craft engaging reporting for executives
