As the Client Lead in Lease Administration, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their expectations are met while managing a variety of complex leases. You'll be responsible for maintaining client agreements, overseeing billing processes, and providing detailed performance reporting to enhance service delivery. Your ability to communicate effectively and present key metrics will strengthen client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead client meetings to present key performance indicators
• Maintain data integrity in tenant and lease databases
• Oversee billing processes and client communications
• Track critical lease dates and manage account risks
• Contribute to client business pitches and presentations
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in commercial lease administration
• Strong skills in lease-related database applications
• Knowledge of accounting principles preferred
• Ability to manage time effectively in a remote settings
• Degree in business or real estate nice to have
