In this central managerial position, you will lead efforts to enhance our franchisee recruitment lifecycle. Responsibilities include implementing strategies to attract top candidates, analyzing franchisee success metrics, and supporting development programs for future franchise operators. Effective communication with the Communications Team will also be key for recognition initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Formulate recruitment strategies attracting franchise candidates
• Assess market needs with the Field Operations team
• Monitor franchisee successes through data analysis
• Enhance onboarding processes for greater brand engagement
• Develop and manage franchisee recognition strategies
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of relevant experience required
• Bachelor's degree in communications, business, or related field
• Bilingual candidates are preferred
• Strong analytical and relationship-building skills
• Proficient in business development and communication
