Reporting to the Vice President of International Markets, you will oversee sales strategy execution across Canada. Responsibilities include managing distributor relationships and assessing market dynamics to unlock sales growth opportunities. Your analytical mindset will ensure optimal pricing and inventory strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the execution of the Canadian sales strategy
• Partner with distributors for accurate sales forecasting
• Analyze distributor performance and market trends
• Conduct business reviews and establish action plans
• Provide training and support to enhance distributor capabilities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
• 10+ years in alcoholic beverage sales
• 5+ years managing sales in an international context
• Strong analytical acumen and inventory management skills
• Willing to travel extensively up to 75%
