Client Success Manager Hybrid Position

WELLSTAR is seeking a Client Success Manager to elevate healthcare solutions for physicians in Ontario. This hybrid role requires in-office attendance two days per week to manage relationships effectively.

As part of Doctor Care, you will be responsible for guiding physicians through practice management and providing actionable insights to improve operations. Your expertise will enhance patient enrolment processes and ensure funding model comprehension, directly influencing practice efficiency and patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships

• Provide expert guidance on practice optimization

• Facilitate physician meetings and onboarding

• Continuously innovate by collecting client feedback

• Work closely with Product and Operations teams

Requirements:

• Experience in Client Success or account management

• Robust communication skills to convey intricate concepts

• Strong organizational skills and prioritization ability

• Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with CRMs

• Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to client needs
