As a Level 3 Senior Business Analyst, you will lead efforts in project management and delivery, working closely with stakeholders to drive improvements in transportation safety.
Your role will center around analyzing processes, developing requirements, and facilitating testing to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support project design, implementation, and testing phases
• Provide regular progress reports and propose mitigation strategies
• Lead Joint Requirements Planning and Application Design sessions
• Conduct feasibility analysis and scoping for assigned projects
• Analyze and map current and future state processes
Requirements:
• Extensive knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies
• Proven experience in requirements development and documentation
• Ability to work in integrated mainframe and mid-tier environments
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
