As a key player in Fidelity Clearing Canada, you will manage product rollouts for a diverse client base. This position entails working collaboratively with various teams to create practical go-to-market strategies. Your expertise in product management and client-facing roles will allow you to effectively measure and improve user adoption throughout the implementation process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the rollout process for FCC’s products and features
• Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure strategy effectiveness
• Respond to client feedback and centralize reporting
• Define OKRs to guide implementation success
• Engage clients through focus groups for feedback
Requirements:
• University degree or relevant industry experience
• 3–5 years in a B2B client-focused role
• Experience in product management and implementation
• Strong relationship-building and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and research abilities
