As a vital member of the RTR Products team, you will be responsible for executing product initiatives across multiple cross-functional squads. This role requires expertise in strategic product management, lifecycle oversight, and stakeholder relationship building. You will play a crucial role in defining real-time payment solutions and contributing to Canada’s financial future.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze data to shape product direction and development
• Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch
• Implement strategies based on member feedback and regulations
• Ensure compliance through a structured stage-gate process
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to align objectives
Requirements:
• 7-10 years in product management or strategic analysis
• Strong knowledge of the payments landscape
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in agile and other project methodologies
• Proven mentoring and leadership capabilities
