Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years in business development within MICE
• Strong knowledge of incentive travel and event planning
• Proven lead generation and client relationship skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication capabilities
• Experience with CRM systems and proposal development
