Equifax seeks a highly motivated consultant with extensive experience in fraud management and analytics. This important client-facing role involves designing and implementing technical solutions, from initial consultation to post-sales support. You will leverage in-depth knowledge of fraud trends and Equifax’s offerings to deliver tailored solutions that enhance client relationships and drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead client consultations on fraud and identity management
• Develop and present customized solutions based on client needs
• Conduct training and support for sales and technical teams
• Monitor industry trends to inform strategy development
• Establish strong relationships throughout the sales cycle
Requirements:
• 7+ years in Fraud Management and AML/KYC
• Strong consultative client management experience
• Proven solution development and presentation skills
• Excellent negotiating and issue resolution capabilities
• Bilingual in English & French is a plus
