SALARY:
Starting Salary Opportunity: $96,000+Actual base pay will depend and vary based on factors such as individual experience and skills of the applicant .B ONUS :
Bonus at Target $24 ,000
Variable Compensation opportunities are contingent on individual performance and overall business results, pursuant to the Bonus Plan; listed amount are targeted values and not guarantees.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the end to end business cycle for the total Labatt business; month end closure, reporting, forecast and analysis
Lean out financial processes to drive time savings and increased accuracy via a.) improvements in computations/owned processes, b.) working with tech support team to design & implement solutions and c.) pushing process ownership to P&L line owners
Co-ordinate and work cross-functionally with other business units (i.e. Sales & Marketing) to assist in monthly variance explanations and build the monthly financial models of the Canadian business
Support on Performance Review decks to be presented to Canada President, Ambev and ABI Investor Relations teams as well as Ambev Board Identify insights in financial data, translate insights to proposed actions, sell proposed actions to the CFO/functional VPs
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
A University Degree in business or accounting preferred5+ years financial/analytical experience in consumer packaged goodsSAP, VBA and Power BI experience a plus Accounting expertise
Strong knowledge of P&L and P&L drivers
Strong communication skills; ability to communicate financial topics to non-specialists, ability to synthesize complex information into simple messages
Strong teamwork skills
Negotiation skills – ability to impact and influence
Must bring a focused, detailed and disciplined approach to tasks.
Ability to prioritize and manage a wide range of projects.
