As part of the sales team, you will support the Director of Sales by ensuring that products are accurately managed and orders are fulfilled on time.
Your role involves conducting product preparation, closely monitoring order statuses, and working with various teams to communicate important updates, ultimately enhancing customer experience. Attention to detail is vital in maintaining smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare style selections for meetings and create reports
• Ensure proper logging of styles in Nuxeo with Cannux
• Process and manage product sample orders
• Communicate with the sales team about order issues
• Manage disputes and chargebacks efficiently
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in sales coordination or similar roles
• Ability to manage tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Competent in Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Excellent communication abilities
• Organized and self-driven
Contribute to the growth and success of Mad Engine as a proficient Sales Operations Coordinator.
