The Coordinator, Information & Business Support at Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) plays a key role in facilitating relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This hybrid opportunity allows collaboration and contribution to the Strategic Planning Division, supporting operational and strategic objectives. You will coordinate and enhance business processes while developing actionable plans to ensure alignment with TCHC’s goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead stakeholder coordination and engagement for business unit alignment
• Develop and document business processes and action plans
• Conduct evaluations to improve business outcomes and strategies
• Prepare reports and presentations for various stakeholders
• Oversee project management tasks and lead projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in public corporate settings
• Strong skills in stakeholder relations and facilitation
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and database applications
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
