ACCES, a leader in employment services, seeks an experienced professional to facilitate job placements for marginalized communities. In this role, you will develop outreach strategies, establish employer relationships, and support job seekers through preparation sessions. Your understanding of labour market trends will play a key role in promoting employment equity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design marketing outreach strategies for employers
• Create competitive jobs by liaising with community professionals
• Oversee training plans and ensure placement success
• Conduct employment preparation sessions and support groups
• Organize job fairs and networking events
Requirements:
• Business Degree or equivalent
• 3+ years' experience in job development
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Familiarity with Salesforce and online meeting tools
• Experience with Employment Ontario Programs is a plus
