Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategic sales plans for MICE opportunities
• Identify and prospect corporate clients through networking
• Build and maintain relationships with industry partners
• Collaborate on proposals and presentations for events
• Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years in business development in MICE or travel
• Strong knowledge of event planning and incentive travel
• Proven lead generation and closing skills
• Excellent communication and networking abilities
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
