Manager of ESG Strategy & Reporting at Canadian Tire

Become the Associate Manager for ESG Strategy & Reporting at Canadian Tire Corporation, where your expertise in sustainability and data management will shine. This role centers on accurate reporting and cross-functional collaboration to meet ESG goals.

You'll report directly to the Manager of ESG Strategy & Integration.

Your role will focus on executing ESG initiatives, leading annual reports, and creating Board materials that meet internal and external standards. Your attention to detail will help ensure accuracy and clarity in every aspect of ESG reporting and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support execution of ESG priorities organization-wide

• Develop accurate content for Board and senior materials

• Oversee end-to-end production of the ESG Report

• Manage submissions for ESG ratings and rankings

• Keep abreast of ESG trends and regulatory changes

Requirements:

• 5–10 years in corporate ESG or sustainability experience

• Familiarity with ESG frameworks and reporting standards

• Strong background in data management and metrics

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to navigate and lead within high-pressure environments
