This role reports directly to the Director of Concessions and Partnership Development and focuses on business growth through innovative partnerships, strategic concessions, and advertising initiatives. You will work collaboratively with teams to maximize commercial assets’ value and partner with global brands, enhancing Toronto Pearson's appeal as an investment destination.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead business development for concessions and strategic partnerships
• Identify new commercial opportunities via market analysis
• Negotiate major, multi-year commercial agreements
• Manage key partnerships and advertising relationships
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for strategy execution
Requirements:
• 7+ years in concessions or partnership development
• 7+ years in team leadership and management
• Degree in Business Management or related field
• Proven track record in executing commercial strategies
• Strong financial modeling and negotiation skills
