Elections Ontario is seeking an on-site Contract Advisor to manage the contract lifecycle at their North York, ON location. This role focuses on compliance and operational improvement in contract administration.
In this temporary assignment, you will shape the contract management framework and practices, collaborating closely with various business units. A minimum of five years’ experience in procurement or contract management is essential for success in overseeing complex agreements and driving organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, negotiate, and finalize contracts throughout lifecycle
• Establish and monitor contract obligations and performance standards
• Lead administration of complex, high-value contracts
• Coordinate with Legal and Procurement for effective execution
• Ensure seamless transition from sourcing to management
Requirements:
• Minimum five years’ relevant procurement experience
• Strong grasp of contract law and compliance standards
• Excellent drafting and analytical skills
• Effective verbal and written communication capabilities
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and related tools
