Elevate TD Insurances strategic vision as the TDI Strategy Manager based in Toronto, Ontario. This role emphasizes analytical insight, strategic planning, and senior stakeholder engagement for enhanced business performance.
As a key player in this management role, you will support strategic initiatives while working closely with Enterprise Strategy teams. Your responsibilities include preparing presentations for the TD Board, synthesizing complex data into transparent recommendations, and fostering strong stakeholder collaborations to ensure strategy alignment and execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee annual strategic planning and board presentation preparation
- Provide insights and reports that drive strategic decisions
- Collaborate with cross-business stakeholders for alignment
- Conduct industry analysis using internal and external data
- Communicate strategic insights effectively to senior leaders
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities
- Ability to manage time-sensitive priorities efficiently
- Familiarity with the Life & Health or Property & Casualty sectors
- MBA or similar advanced degree is advantageous
