We are seeking a Construction Clerk for our Program Management Team to support the delivery of major capital projects. This position will operate under the direction of the Construction Site Manager (CSM) and support a large infrastructure program. A background in large infrastructure programs, preferably in mass transit systems, is preferred.
YourKey Responsibilities
- Responsible for the admin support of multiple projects and project teams.
- Prepare, distribute, track and file project documents such as memos, minutes, emails, letters, contracts, progress reports, technical reports, specifications, data sheets, amendments, drawing lists, ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Maintain and update organization charts and flow charts.
- Produce quality documentation, ensuring project templates and requirements are adhered to.
- Provide Document Control support for specific projects and programs, as required, including document filing, organizing.
- Ensure corporate policies and procedures are being adhered to.
- Other tasks as required.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Positive attitude with strong relationship building skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and assignments.
- Detail-oriented and resourceful.
- Ability to solve problems.
- Prior experience working on large infrastructure programs, preferably in mass transit systems.
- Prior knowledge of documentation and revision control is preferred.
- Prior work in documentation control/project assistance role is a plus.
- Good analytical skills.
- Technical degree/diploma/certificate or equivalent in related fields, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 2 years in a project administration, project coordinator or similar role.

Locations in Lower Mainland - BC, GTA & Ottawa, Ontario: $47,800.00 - $64,600.00 annually (in compliance with pay transparency laws).
