Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and optimize Hub Spot for maximum impact

• Design automated workflows for acquisition and onboarding

• Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and funnel tracking

• Collaborate across teams for opportunity management

• Identify inefficiencies and recommend operational improvements

Requirements:

• 8+ years in CRM with 3+ years in Hub Spot

• Experience building AI agents for marketing and sales

• Deep expertise with CRM or CX platforms

• Strong analytical skills and attention to data integrity

• Familiarity with subscription or membership models
