ROM Foundation Corporate Partnerships Manager

This role is key in advancing the ROM Foundation’s mission, driving revenue through flourishing corporate partnerships. You will collaborate with leadership to develop high-impact sponsorship opportunities and manage relationships with corporate members. Your strategic insights will fuel the Foundation's fundraising success and donor engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and secure new corporate partnerships for events
• Develop and present insightful sponsorship proposals
• Ensure effective contract negotiations for mutual benefits
• Assist in delivering sponsor benefits and event execution
• Oversee the Corporate Membership Program for growth
Requirements:
• 5–7 years in corporate partnership or sponsorship roles
• Proven ability in revenue generation and stakeholder management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities
• Passion for arts, culture, and community engagement
Utilize your negotiation and relationship-building skills to enhance partnerships that contribute significantly to the ROM Foundation's objectives in Toronto.
