Position: Visa POD Business Analyst Position
Join the Visa POD team as a Business Analyst and focus on continuous delivery and operational improvements in the card ecosystem. This 6-month role is pivotal for enhancing Visa products.

In this dynamic position, the Business Analyst will collaborate with diverse teams to support enhancements and optimize processes within the Visa card ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include managing user stories, refining backlog items, and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements. You’ll work with stakeholders to drive clarity on solutions, ensuring effective delivery of enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in delivering Visa product enhancements

• Create user stories and acceptance criteria

• Manage and refine backlog in partnership with the Product Owner

• Act as liaison among teams and partners

• Analyze business processes and maintain necessary documentation

Requirements:

• 5-10+ years of Business Analyst experience

• Strong background in financial services and Visa products

• Agile delivery experience required

• Excellent analytical and documentation skills

• Certification in Business Analysis or Agile preferred
