CORA Loyalty seeks a senior business development leader to manage enterprise pursuits in the U.S. and Canada. This position involves deep engagement with executive stakeholders, crafting compelling opportunity strategies, and leading complex negotiations. You will oversee a disciplined pipeline, ensuring high-quality conversions and structured solutions that resonate with enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and expand a specific portfolio of enterprise prospects
• Develop comprehensive strategy plans for client engagement
• Lead executive meetings and strategic negotiations
• Ensure quality forecasting and new-logo progression
• Document all opportunities in CRM for visibility
Requirements:
• 10 to 15+ years in business development or consulting
• Proven success in large enterprise deal-making
• Ability to communicate effectively with C-suite executives
• Familiarity with contractual agreements and negotiation tactics
• Willingness to travel across North America
