Position: VP of Enterprise Strategy Role

In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing Central 1’s enterprise strategy, ensuring alignment with growth ambitions and long-term financial goals. By leveraging market insights and operational realities, your expertise will drive decision-making and prioritize critical initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape medium-to-long-term enterprise strategy for alignment

• Guide structured problem-solving on strategic dilemmas

• Collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership team

• Assess external market trends affecting strategic choices

• Prepare impactful materials for leadership forums
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or similar field

• 15+ years in strategy roles or consulting

• Strong executive communication and analytical skills

• Knowledge of the financial services sector

• Ability to influence and align across senior leaders
Lead strategic growth at Central 1 through adept management and reliable decision-making.
