is offered with select Co-op and Internshiproles, andis designed to help you better understand the TD business, build on critical career capabilities, and broaden your professional network.

  • JOB DESCRIPTION

    You will have the opportunity to work with one of our various teams within the Technology group.

    From Day 1, you willbetreated as an equalmember of the team and given meaningful assignments to help us deliver improvements to our technology platforms.

    This could include platforms such as core banking, customer servicing, or customer engagement.

    Job responsibilities for atechnologymay vary by area. This may include, but is not limited to the following:

  • Provide business management related research, evaluation, operational, reporting and / or analytical supportin a timely manner

  • Develop and/or prepare applicable business metrics / standard / ad hoc reporting in collaboration with partners and stakeholders for own business management area to help inform or support decisions as appropriate

  • Conduct regular, ongoing analysis, evaluation /assessmentand review of business performance/ processes/ initiatives within assigned business management area

  • Support the development of presentations/communications and dissemination of information

  • Contribute to various operational activities (e.g.report production, system queries, process mapping, tracking, analysis and procedural support, premises, onboarding) as assigned

  • Remain informed of emerging issues, industrytrendsand/or relevant changes

  • Continuously enhance knowledge /expertisein own area and keep current emerging trends/developments and grow knowledge of the business, analyticaltoolsand techniques

  • Prioritize and manage own workloadin order todeliver quality results and meet assigned timelines

  • Support a positive work environment that promotes service to the business, quality,innovationand teamwork and ensuretimelycommunication of issues/ points of interest

  • Identifyand recommend opportunities to enhance productivity,effectivenessand operational efficiency

  • Establish effective relationships across multiple business and technology partners,programand project managers

  • Provide specialized analysis, non-standard reporting, and operational support

  • Provide guidance/assistanceto other team members and internal partners on a broad range of processes

  • Independently deliver assigned initiatives with direction from management

  • JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Currently enrolled in aBusiness/ Finance program

  • Proficient with Excel,Powerpoint,PowerBI,orsimilar visualization and analytical tools

  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently, as well as part of a team

  • Experience with technology project delivery and agile deliverymethodologywould be an asset

  • Some prior experience withspecialized analysis, non-standard reporting, and operational support
