Reporting directly to the VP of Business Development, you'll lead efforts to capture new opportunities.
Your role involves collaborating with key partners, from Admissions to Client Care, directly impacting growth within the organization. With a focus on safety-sensitive industries and corporate needs, this position is crucial in enhancing client relations and integrating referrals into EHN's account base.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify organizations and funding sources to guide strategies
• Lead prospecting in Large & Mid-Market Corporate sectors
• Manage leads from corporate and market segments
• Provide insights for enhancing business development processes
• Participate in Professional Development Plans for career growth
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of business development experience
• Strong grasp of corporate Mental Health and Addictions needs
• Proven success in driving sales initiatives
• Ability to manage relationships at all organizational levels
Utilize your expertise in business development to grow EHN's market presence effectively.
