This role involves significant travel and collaboration with teams in Leon's, The Brick, and Appliance Canada to enhance operational systems. You will be auditing store protocols, writing procedures for new features, and testing system updates. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be vital in dynamic situations, including weekends and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
• Audit corporate stores through detailed reports
• Create procedural documentation for new system features
• Test new versions of MMHF, POS+, and MPOS systems
• Assist associates at Leon's, The Brick, and Appliance Canada
• Manage additional projects as assigned
Requirements:
• Willingness to travel across Canada
• Knowledge of MPOS/MMHF/POS+ systems
• Comfortable working independently and in a team
• Availability during holidays and weekends
• Experience in multiple departments is beneficial
