Key functions include directing go-to-market strategies for the Incident Data eXchange and overseeing the financial performance of the business unit. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership for development and operational support teams

• Shape market and sales strategy for product introductions

• Utilize subject matter expertise for technical bids

• Nurture executive-level relationships with key clients

• Manage responses to government RFPs and contracts

Requirements:

• University degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science

• 10 years in public safety or critical software environments

• 5+ years in strategic technical leadership

• Proven experience in technical sales

• Secure RCMP security clearance ability
