This Toronto-based role is integral in driving member acquisition through strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for optimizing customer journeys and collaborating cross-functionally across Marketing, Product, and Digital teams to create engaging onboarding experiences. The key focus is on utilizing insights to inform strategy and achieve registration goals while ensuring a seamless customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategies to increase member registrations
• Tailor onboarding experiences for new Triangle Rewards members
• Analyze behaviors to improve customer experience
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution
• Test new approaches leveraging AI-driven solutions
Requirements:
• 5–7 years’ experience in marketing and customer experience
• Strong customer-first mindset and data analytical skills
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
• Flexibility to embrace new technologies and innovative approaches
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams
