Qualifications
  • University degree and 3 years of related experience, or minimum 7 years of related experience

  • Be the trusted advisor to line managers to implement the unit business and people plans to achieve operational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistency in the application of all people processes for a great co‑worker experience.
  • In partnership with line managers, enable inclusive talent management and continuous development of local leadership capabilities to deliver to the VCG goals.
  • In partnership with business leaders support people aspects related to Transformation in the unit and be an active ambassador for standardization and change.
  • Be the guardian of the IKEA Culture & Values in the unit, acting as the voice of the co‑worker and securing that IKEA is a caring employer and a great place to work, as well as safeguarding co‑worker experience (overall end‑to‑end - beyond P&C experience).

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 58960 CAD to 81070 CAD and will be based on relevant work experience.
