As a Workforce Planning Analyst at Broker Link, you will monitor service levels and optimize schedules to align with service quality and financial objectives.
Your role will also involve generating accurate reports and providing data insights to support operational decisions. This position requires a proactive approach, strong teamwork, and high-level analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and track forecasts for call volumes and trends
• Build timely reports to inform management decisions
• Adjust schedules based on real-time service needs
• Manage the scheduling email communications efficiently
• Provide first-line technical support for users
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1-3 years of workforce planning experience
• Relevant university degree or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Nice-WFM, Verint, Cisco, and Avaya systems
• Strong in Excel with data analysis skills
• Bilingual in French and English, eligible to work in Canada
