Senior Program Manager for Sales Enablement

In this strategic role, you will develop and manage a suite of enablement initiatives for sales professionals, including onboarding and continual training. You'll work closely with the Head of Sales, leveraging data to analyze program effectiveness and support broader global initiatives under the VP of Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop end-to-end enablement programs for AEs and SDRs
• Coach teams on essential sales skills and strategies
• Assess alignment and impact of programs on sales objectives
• Create onboarding and reference materials for sales teams
• Partner with cross-functional teams on enablement strategy
Requirements:
• 5+ years in relevant program management or enablement roles
• Strategic mindset with strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of best practices in sales training
• Capacity to navigate ambiguity and manage priorities
• Preferred in-office presence in Toronto or San Francisco
