In this pivotal role reporting to the SVP, you will collaborate with department leaders to drive service excellence for RJL advisors and clients. The position emphasizes strong analytical skills, technology proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting. Your contributions will directly support strategic initiatives and operational processes within the WS business groups.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop ongoing reports and dashboards from internal CRM data
• Collaborate on strategic initiatives and prepare presentation materials
• Coordinate timely production of reporting for management teams
• Oversee administrative processes within WS departments
• Organize onboarding for new team members
Requirements:
• University degree in business or finance required
• 10+ years in financial services industry experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Dynamics, TNet, and Equisoft
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• CFP designation is a plus
