Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute product strategy for Partner Incentives
• Prioritize compensation platform opportunities informed by data
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of platform features
• Drive analytics for incentive compensation management
• Build and evolve capabilities for timely payouts
Requirements:
• 7-10+ years in product management required
• Proficient with Sales Performance Management systems
• Experience in finance and accounting functions
• Strong technical skills in distributed systems and APIs
• History of driving cross-functional execution
