Join AECOM as a Strategic Capture Management Director, where visionary leadership and consultative sales expertise drive enterprise-level growth. This hybrid position emphasizes operational excellence and collaborative pursuit strategies.
As a key player in the Buildings + Places Global Business line, you will oversee the lifecycle of major pursuits while focusing on initiatives with a significant presence in the Americas. This role will allow you to guide consultative sales, analysis of competitive landscapes, and collaboration among global teams to achieve high capture rates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop innovative strategies for major client pursuits
• Lead multidisciplinary teams for enhanced project delivery

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree with minimum 12 years' experience
• At least 4 years of leadership in business development
