We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Investor Relations Coordinator to support our Corporate Development / Investor Relations team in a fast-paced, public company environment.
This role combines executive-level coordination with important administrative tasks and exposure to investor relations and capital markets. You will play a central role in managing complex scheduling, coordinating investor and media meetings, and supporting key corporate initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with 3–5 years of experience looking to deepen exposure to investor relations, corporate development, and capital markets ecosystems for a growing public company.
Key Responsibilities- Manage complex calendars for the CFO and VP, Corporate Development / Investor Relations
- Coordinate CRM management and scheduling with institutional investors, analysts, investment bankers, media stakeholders and other corporate development stakeholders.
- Arrange investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows (domestic and international)
- Assist with the coordination of media interview scheduling and public-facing engagements for C‑suite executives
- Prepare meeting briefs, itineraries, and executive‑ready schedules coordinating with other members of the IR team.
- Prepare itineraries and scheduling and coordination
- Maintain and enhance the investor CRM, tracking investors, analysts, and engagement activity
- Coordinate investor outreach, meeting follow‑ups, and communication workflows
- Prepare and distribute investor materials including presentations, Q&A documents, briefing notes and tear sheets
- Coordinate logistics and timelines for earnings calls, AGMs, and investor events along with the IR and Communications teams
- Support distribution of financial results and campaign metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to align timelines and deliverables
- Act as a coordination point assisting management and the IR team with vendors, media contacts, and institutional and analyst relationships for the VP of Corporate Development and the company’s leadership team.
- Maintain investor contact lists, databases and communication groups
- Track and expedite responses to investor and stakeholder requests
- Update investor tracking reports, metrics, dashboards and KPIs
- Support vendor coordination and invoice tracking
- Contribute to process improvements across IR coordination workflows
- Support corporate development initiatives and special projects
- Assist with internal project tracking and cross‑functional coordination
- Support external partnerships and stakeholder engagement efforts
- 3–5 years of experience in a coordination, executive support, or investor relations‑related role
- Experience supporting senior executives or working within a public company, finance, or capital markets environment
- Proven ability to manage complex scheduling across multiple stakeholders
- Experience coordinating meetings with external stakeholders (investors, media, or professional partners)
- Strong organizational, communication, and time‑management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
- Post‑secondary education in Business, Finance, Communications, or related field preferred
- Interest in investor relations, capital markets, and corporate strategy
