As an HR Analyst, you will report to the Senior Manager, Compensation Advisory, providing detailed research and high-quality analytics for the Business Banking and Chief Operations Office portfolios. The role demands a deep understanding of compensation cycles and market intelligence, helping to design and evaluate compensation policies and programs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive market intelligence research and presentation
• Prepare compensation models for cyclical and ad-hoc projects
• Monitor external market trends for compensation strategies
• Provide analytical support to compensation decisions
• Assist advisors with research and professional analysis
Requirements:
• Advanced Excel proficiency is mandatory
• Experience in compensation analysis and market cycles
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• 3 years relevant experience minimum
