Lead strategic sales initiatives as a Sales Director with Adecco for a top-tier CPG organization focused on Out of Home channels.

As a Sales Director, you will oversee the development and implementation of impactful strategies specifically tailored for Wholesale and Ho Re Ca markets. Collaborating with diverse teams, your input will ensure robust business results. Additionally, you will prioritize talent development through mentoring and performance assessment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define overall sales strategy for Out of Home markets
• Cultivate relationships with senior leadership in key accounts
• Create and maintain sales forecasts and budgets
• Coordinate with retail operations teams for effective communication
• Drive process innovations to improve efficiency
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• 8–15 years of CPG industry background
• Expertise in merchandising and logistics
• Solid negotiation and resource management skills
• Proven fiscal management and budget preparation experience
