In this pivotal role, you will oversee the development of a national sales strategy, guiding Account Managers to foster strategic partnerships. Your focus will be on driving customer engagement that aligns with Batory’s mission, values, and corporate objectives. You'll also enhance team capabilities while identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate long-term customer partnerships for growth
• Ensure alignment of sales strategies with corporate culture
• Create and manage effective account management practices
• Inspire a culture of achievement and collaboration
• Recruit, coach, and develop sales talent
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• 8-10 years of sales leadership experience required
• Experience in strategic accounts within food and beverage sectors
• Strong understanding of CRM usage and sales forecasting
• Proven ability in team engagement and performance management
